Asda online groceries drive me *BANANAS*, and like you, I think it's idle pickers. If I order something by weight, then regardless of what weight I have put, I will always be sent exactly one packet -- so orders of 2kg of chicken parts will see 240g delivered (this is a real example). The drivers are rude, the deliveries are random, they don't carry to the kitchen, substitutions are ghastly, it's brutally difficult and pointless to complain, and it's consistently 20% cheaper than Ocado on identical products (using regular Asda ownbrand rather than Waitrose essentials). At the moment we're on a cycle of Ocado once a fortnight, top-up shop from market & international grocers on the other week. Which works but is a tad tedious.
